Terms & Conditions
By booking with Luxury Travel Bali, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. These conditions are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and safety for both parties and apply to all clients, without exception.
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are non-refundable. Payments made to Luxury Travel Bali are final and cannot be returned under any circumstance.
- Bookings may be transferred to a future Luxury Travel Bali experience upon request, subject to availability and management approval.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a bespoke arrangement has been agreed in writing.
2. Travel Insurance & Health Responsibility
- Clients are solely responsible for securing valid and adequate travel insurance to cover personal health, belongings, cancellations, delays, and any incidents during travel.
- Luxury Travel Bali is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage during your stay or while participating in arranged activities.
- Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions or mobility limitations before booking. Participation is at the client’s own risk.
3. Visas & Travel Documentation
- All clients are responsible for securing their own visa and travel documentation unless otherwise explicitly arranged by Luxury Travel Bali in writing.
- Failure to obtain valid documentation does not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
4. Damages, Conduct & Liability
- Clients are responsible for any damages, losses, or costs incurred to property, venues, villas, vehicles, or third-party services due to their actions or negligence.
- Luxury Travel Bali reserves the right to terminate services for any client who behaves in a way that is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or disruptive without refund or compensation.
- Clients will be liable for any costs resulting from disruptive or inappropriate behaviour including but not limited to damage, injury, or delays to services.
5. Cancellations & Changes
- Luxury Travel Bali does not offer cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to illness, missed flights, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with services.
- Postponement to a future experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing.
6. Force Majeure
Luxury Travel Bali is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, travel bans, weather disruptions, or government actions. In such cases, we reserve the right to reschedule or modify services as necessary.
7. Third-Party Services
Luxury Travel Bali acts as a concierge and booking intermediary for many third-party vendors. We are not liable for the conduct, reliability, or outcomes of third-party services, including but not limited to transport, catering, entertainment, accommodation, wellness providers, or activity hosts.
8. Media Consent
By attending our experiences or services, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing prior to your trip.
9. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal information shared with Luxury Travel Bali will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to complete bookings or required by law.
10. Agreement
By completing your booking and making payment, you accept these terms and conditions in full. You understand and agree that all services are delivered in accordance with these terms and that no exceptions or refunds will be made unless explicitly agreed in writing by Luxury Travel Bali.
